On April 13th 2019, all the management staff of the company, under the leadership of the headquarters, carried out a unique outdoor development activity of Wutong Mountain for the company employees-Climbing Wutong Mountain, the first peak of Pengcheng.

       The climbing time is set on April 13th, and the goal is: everyone must reach the top of the mountain, not one less. However, two days before the team building activity, I received a warning from the weather forecast that there will be a continuous storm on the 13th. Many colleagues expressed in the WeChat group whether they should change their plan and postpone the climbing. However, after observing the weather and planning the time, the company still decided not to waver in the original plan, and prepared raincoats, first aid medicine, etc. for everyone. In order to reduce the risk of mountaineering, the General Manager’s Office has rigorously planned the uphill and downhill routes. The uphill route is: Wutongshan Village-Wutongshan Reservoir-Taishan Stream-Haohanpo-Wutongding, and the downhill route is: Dawutongding-Haohanpo- The parking lot-Panshan Highway-Wutongshan Village, with a total of 50 people, divided into 10 groups, thus solving the problem of crowded traffic jams. Everything is ready, just wait for the date of climbing.

     The 13th arrived as scheduled and started climbing on time at 9:30 in the morning. Colleagues who have been under high pressure in the city for a long time came to such a place with mountains, waters and spirits. They were full of praise. They greedily inhaled the fresh air here. They felt that Wutong Mountain is actually very friendly, and climbing is also a pleasant experience. Thing. However, the reality is always crueler than imagined. Because of the intermittent rain, the mountain road is slippery and slippery. In some places, it is necessary to use both hands and feet to climb the rock body. It is a group operation. The strength of each team is uneven. These factors have brought great difficulties to mountaineering. After traveling for an hour, individual colleagues had the idea of retreat due to lack of physical strength. In order to prevent their teammates from staying down the mountain, the team members supported each other and helped each other. The hurdles that could not be passed, the colleagues with good physical strength pulled in front and couldn't climb up. Po, a tall colleague held it in the back. Finally, with the joint efforts of everyone, all the staff arrived at the foot of Haohanpo around 11:00. Marketing is actually the same as climbing a mountain. It looks simple, but it is difficult to operate in practice. Teamwork is essential.

　　 Haohan Slope, located at 3/5 of Wutong Mountain, is the last section of the summit, and the steepness and danger of Wutong Mountain is reflected in this section of the slope. When I arrived at Haohan Slope, I really saw the spectacle of "Fog-locked Indus". The entire Wutong Mountain was shrouded in clouds and the visibility was less than five meters. Everyone took a break down the slope and was fully prepared for the final push to the summit. Although the higher the wind, the dense rain, and the heavy fog pave the surface, the steeper and more dangerous the mountain road became, but everyone encouraged each other and finally persevered. At 12:30, everyone reached the top of the mountain. Everyone was soaked from head to toe, but when standing on the big rock with the words "Pengcheng First Peak", everyone felt different. Believe that I can, to look down on Wutong Mountain later, and then to give up the idea but persist in the initiation in the middle, and finally reach the top of the mountain to successfully conquer this legendary mountain, the joy in my heart is beyond words. Although the fog obscures the beauty, everyone’s face is filled with satisfaction and worthwhile trip. Marketing is the same, conquering is the ultimate goal.
